3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Website works "as is" - no availability guarantees
• We are not liable for damages arising from website use
• Maximum liability limited to $10 USD
• We do not guarantee continuous website operation

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Website content is property of Encrypted Software
• Copying, distribution of content without consent is prohibited
• Logo, graphics, texts - all rights reserved

5. PROJECTS AND CONTRACTS

• Project details are defined in separate agreements
• These terms do not replace project contracts
• In case of conflict project agreement takes precedence

6. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use the website for:

• Illegal activities
• Harming other users
• Infrastructure attacks
• Copyright violations

7. CHANGES TO TERMS

• We reserve the right to change terms at any time
• Changes take effect immediately upon publication
• Continued use means acceptance of changes
